Project scope:

🔸 2-fold gripper places 8 bushes in the injection mold & removes the overmolded parts
🔸 Feeding the bushes using a Scara robot & feeding technology
🔸 Transfer of the overmolded parts to a shuttle & rotary indexing table
🔸 Cleaning & fully automatic seal assembly with position control
🔸 Depositing in trays using a Scara robot & tray changer
🔸 Automatic stacking & unstacking of trays for up to 2 hours of unmanned operation
🔸 Direct transfer to the customer's assembly line
